[Assam] BW: US Senators over foreign firms - Globalization

It seems strange that people getting trained in US is not acceptable to US Senators - why don't they stop international students from coming in to study at Harvard , MIT etc -- that would be a more effective way of stopping skills from reach the global poor.
  Deming and Juran went all the way to Japan to imrpove their quality management - so that Japanese became efficient -- US Senators should have stopped them!!
